Należy zmienić nazwę pliku AdDownloaderCore.dll zlokalizowanego w lokalizacji   C:Program FilesAutodeskAutoCAD 20xx

„This file serves two purposes:

1) If the Materials Library was not  installed when you installed
AutoCAD, then this file gives you the option to download it.

2)Changes in hardware compatibility of a specific graphic card. For
instance, if it is determined that a specific card is not suitable for hardware
acceleration, we can block users from enabling the feature. Or, if a new
graphics card that we can test and verify, we can then roll out an updated HW
certification for it so users can configure the HW acceleration in AutoCAD.
Removing this capability is not likely to cause any serious issues if you
already have  „sound and proven” graphics card, have HW acceleration
enabled, and not seeing any issues with it in AutoCAD”
