You can try this:
 

1.       Uninstall Chaos Cosmos
(from Control panel -> Programs and features).

2.       Open C:Program
FilesCommon FilesChaosGroup and delete the ChaosCosmos folder if it is
present.

3.       Open
C:UsersYOURUSERNAMEDocuments and delete the ChaosCosmos folder if it is
present.

4.       Open
C:UsersYOURUSERNAMEAppDataLocalChaos and delete the Cosmos folder if it is
present.

5.       Download and install
Chaos Cosmos from the following link:
https://download.chaosgroup.com/?platform=47&product=62
